TCF Bank is looking for a Senior Process Analyst that will be located in our Plymouth, MN office. You will work on a cross functional team to identify and seek to optimize for process enhancements and implement solutions for customer outcomes. In collaboration with stakeholders, end-users, functional and product teams you will review and examine workflow including people, process, technology, data and measurement. You will develop plans, timelines, test plans, measurement strategies, end-user documentation, as well as collaborate with partners on training and communication to rapidly deliver quality solutions to customers.
Work collaboratively with product team responsible for planning, analyzing and delivering solutions to improve value to the customer.
Lead prioritized initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methods to help identify, evaluate, and develop processes and procedures that are cost effective, meet business objectives and customer expectations. Work closely with stakeholders in translating conceptual ideas into value-added solutions to achieve.
Validate that new solutions (people, process and technology) meet business objectives using quantitative and qualitative data. Identify insightful metrics, trends and variances to propel continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead business readiness including change management, support plan, contingency plan and continuous improvement for the product or related processes.
Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies and procedures.
Develop a broad understanding of the Retail Banking business, products, market and emerging business priorities and capabilities. Utilize data intelligence to support achievement of objectives.
Education
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Required Work Experience:
6 years’ work experience managing cross-functional process improvement.
Proven Project Management and Change Management.
Experience with reporting & analytics using Excel or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience preparing, summarizing and presenting information and recommendations to all levels of management.
Critical thinking skills, ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions.
Ability to work independently with limited directions from the manager.
Preferred Work Experience:
Strong familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and Project Management methodologies.
Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum best practices.
Financial services and/or banking experience
Working knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g. Excel, SAS, R, Python, SPSS, Minitab)
