Social media and our digital footprint is an extension of Mastercard. It’s reflective of everything that the brand is, everything that it represents. Conveying an online persona that is based in reality is critical to our success in our quest to recruit the most talented people into our innovative technology culture.The Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for looking for dedicated professional to lead our Talent Acquisition marketing, branding and collateral efforts. The role will include coordinating our global digital footprint with social media and the company’s career webpage at Mastercard.com.You will have the opportunity to partner with multiple global stakeholders including TA Leads, HR Talent teams, HRBPs, Corporate Communications/Branding and Hiring ManagersPrimary responsibilities:
1. Partnering with key stakeholders to develop, localize (if, when, where) and communicate the Mastercard employee value proposition among different audiences and personas that align to recruitment campaign concepts, deliver consistent compelling messaging and share new exciting collateral.
2. Key areas of focus include:
a. Development of new collateral that supports our college hiring teams
b. Identifying the most effective digital/social media channels to drive increased candidate traffic, through content, SEO/PPC, strategic placement of online recruiting banners and mobile platform optimization (e.g. role advertising and job applications)
c. Promoting the value of working for Mastercard by developing and managing appropriate content for the Mastercard career page and region specific landing pages that educate, excite and convert prospects into applicants or join one of our talent pools
d. Continuous evolution of our recruiting event collateral
3. Planning and executing targeted engagement initiatives with prospects via our CRM Smashfly talent pools - in line with global/regional business needs - driving conversions into applicants
4. Support through active company sponsoring and/or creation of workshops, business case competitions, hackathons and networking events, in partnership with both, the global college and experienced hiring teams, to enhance our company visibility and attractiveness amongst top talent targeted talents.
5. Monitoring and ensuring reputation management on recruitment related social media (Glassdoor, WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.)
6. Measuring all recruitment marketing activities against key performance indicators related to building talent acquisition brand awareness, prospect/candidate experience, candidate engagement and conversion rates.
All about you:
• Background in Talent Acquisition, Digital Marketing and/or Branding.
• In-depth understanding of the latest trends in talent acquisition technology and how to optimize social media related to recruitment marketing
• Proven experience in developing recruiting collateral
• Have a global, inclusive mindset and highly collaborative
• Agility and adaptability with the approach, through regular reviews and focus on continually evolving needs
• Innovative mindset
• Experience driving change supported through analytics
• Skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and consensus building
• BA/BS required
