Position Purpose:
As an Agile Delivery Specialist, you are a member of a cross functional Customer Experience team that defines and delivers new features and functionality to enhance our internal and external customer’s digital journey. You will coach and lead Agile teams to deliver high value products while emphasizing collaboration, team self-management, and ensuring flexibility to adapt to customer and business needs.
Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Proactively coordinates the efforts of one or multiple Scrum teams
• Facilitates effective meetings and Scrum ceremonies (Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Story Pointing, Sprint Review / Demo, Sprint Retrospective, and Daily Standup)
• Partners with the Product Owner and Scrum Team to understand, identify, and document the business opportunity through non-ambiguous, testable stories
• Collaborates with Product Owner, Requirements Analyst, and Solution Architect to understand requests, capabilities, and delivery schedules • Identifies and resolves impediments that are inhibiting the Scrum Team from meeting the Sprint commitments
• Creates an environment conducive to team self-organization and collaboration
• Shields the Scrum team from interruptions
• Supports, assists and educates the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Collaborates with the team to ensure the product/feature backlog is organized, clear, prioritized and up to date
• Provides support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Identifies team improvement opportunities and looks for best practices in order to increase velocity and quality
• Manages and keeps Scrum artifacts visible through mechanisms like websites, dashboards, and collaborative workbooks including but not limited to: burn-down, burn-up, team velocity, task-time estimates, and status
• Sets and continually manages expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Identifies and resolves and/or escalates roadblocks, issues, and conflicts within the Scrum team in a timely fashion
• Coaches, mentors and motivates team members and contractors and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the teams
• May manage direct reports
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a technical major or equivalent experience
• Scrum Master Certification preferred
• 4 years direct work experience as a scrum master, including all aspects of facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading execution involving team members in multiple locations
• Must understand Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
• Experience using Scrum management tool(s), such as JIRA, MSTS
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (business process, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training)
• Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus
• Experience in financial markets a plus
• Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to remain flexible during times of change and react to project adjustments and alterations promptly, efficiently and positively
• Ability to persuade, encourage, motivate, and read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines, cultures, and locations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time constraints as necessary
• Excellent verbal, written and relationship skills used to interact with a global group of technical and non-technical people

• Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
• Dynamic, time-sensitive, trade room environment
• Travel as needed
