Operating in an Agile Marketing Team environment, develops, implements, and coordinates project plans for assigned marketing initiatives that maximize acquisition, expansion and retention marketing strategies and local market programs that leverage market-specific priorities, challenges and opportunities. Establishes and delivers on agreed upon schedule and objectives. This includes timing, vendor management, quality control, Legal and Compliance, integration with internal communications and brand standards. May be assigned area of specialization/primary focus to ensure continuous process improvements, “Focus on Efficiencies” and “Funding Our Future Growth” priorities.`
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Education: College degree in communication or marketing required.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years in marketing or related field.
• Financial services experience preferred, although not necessary.
• Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Digital Workflow Project Management software preferred.
• Highly organized, proven project management skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, work well in a fast-pace environment; able to change priorities based on deadline.
