The Digital Content Marketing Specialist for RGAX is responsible for identifying and implementing digital marketing opportunities across RGAX’s content and branding initiatives. This individual will help create the digital marketing framework and process and will drive specific marketing projects with the intent of connecting our target audience with the right content, at the right time in the most efficient and creative ways possible. The Digital Content Marketing Specialist works as part of the Content and Customer Success group within the Global Marketing and Brand eXperience team and will report directly to the Director of Global Brand and Content Strategy.
Responsibilities
• Work within the larger team to identify unique digital opportunities across the RGAX family of brands.
• Find opportunities for optimization and automation across current campaigns
• Work alongside our RGAX content and brand teams to develop highly engaging content, specifically for nurturing campaigns
• Help plan and execute digital marketing tactics, including social media messaging support
• Understand lead flow and business development practices throughout the company to help identify opportunities for digital enhancements or automation around current processes
• Create structure and process around our digital brand presence and continue to recommend enhancements, specifically around SEO and lead generation
• Track and measure all results and have insights/recommendations on next steps based on that data analysis
• Ability to lead A/B testing for digital projects
• Assist in website content development and optimization
Requirements
Education and Experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent training and/or content strategy experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience with strategic marketing focus.
• 1+years of technical marketing experience.
Preferred:
• Advanced degree
Skills and Abilities
Required:
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop campaigns for inspiring and engaging the target audience
• Must devise and implement best practices, tools, and processes as well as make decisions based on credible metrics and well-reasoned analysis
• An idea generator and problem solver with excellent organizational skills
• Microsoft Office efficiencies, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Advanced knowledge of electronic communications media
• Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize business and marketing insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Independent thinker and self-starter who seeks challenges and isn’t afraid to fail
• Ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate to accomplish goals
• Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal/external customers to resolve issues/problems
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the business of RGA
