The Learning and Development team supports onboarding, professional development, performance management, compliance training, leadership development, and enterprise-wide training. The Learning & Development Systems (LMS) Analyst will support the Learning & Development team in the deployment and maintenance of our systems, with a special focus on Performance Management. Our dynamic environment provides great opportunity for growth and ability to make a direct impact, and this individual will do so by providing technical leadership, streamlining existing problem resolutions and leading support, documentation, and system maintenance/performance efforts.

What you’ll do as a Learning & Development Systems Analyst
Responsibilities
• Serves as a technical subject matter expert and works closely with the Learning & Development team and the Director of Performance Management to select, deploy, and maintain systems.
• Builds and generates internal custom reports based on the needs of the business
• Optimizes configuration, upgrades, patching & troubleshooting
• Maintains and administers user database
• Builds effective metrics surrounding system usage and finds opportunities for improvement
• Evaluates business requirements related to using and configuring the Performance Management application
• Analyzes system errors and monitors system performance
• Provides high touch internal customer service to our colleagues
• Determines best approach for resolving issues and coordinates resolution process
• Supports product release cycle; collaborates with team members to implement the installation of system updates, upgrades, integrated tools and other software integrated with the system.
