Currently, we are seeking a talented Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to join the Aviation Capital Group based in Newport Beach, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the Office Services team, the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and coordination to multiple ACG senior leaders. This role will handle heavy calendar and meeting management, complicated international travel arrangements, heavy expense report processing, email tracking and file management. Special projects will also be a primary focus for this role. This person also serves as back up to the Division Executive Assistant supporting the CEO.
FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
•3+ years experience supporting senior-level executives in an executive assistant capacity.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and have a high level of tech savvy.
•Approachable, professional and self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude.
•Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
•Must have exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, think independently, maintain confidentiality, use discretion, able to handle time sensitive projects and adapt to changes quickly.
•Excellent problem solving and administrative skills to handle a wide variety of complex situations.
•Ability to resolve conflicts involving specific administrative responsibilities.
•Must be extremely detailed-oriented and use sound judgment.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of people within the organization, inter-department coordination and organization skills.
•Able to work collaboratively with the office services administrative team with a high level of accountability
•Ability to maintain a calm and diplomatic manner
•Must be able to work occasional overtime as required
