Job Description
Specialized Loan Analyst, Account Servicing in Livonia
The Specialized Loan Analyst is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and processing functions associated primarily with commercial loans. Has contact with lenders, lending assistants, closers, relationship mangers, group managers, administrative staff, and other various departments or people as needed to ensure accuracy of borrow accounts.

Position Responsibilities
• Independently analyze loan transactions for proper format, completeness of information, and verify that documentation meets Comerica's credit policy and CLS procedures.
• Process various types of transactions related to servicing commercial loans such as setting up new loans, renewals, payments, and rate changes; credits and debits checking and savings accounts, repricing's, advances, GL Cashier checks, Wires, fees, DDA transactions, and other miscellaneous transactions.
• Reconcile loan balances and transactions.
• Maintains and set up commercial loan accounts using the AFS system, while meeting production standards with a high degree of accuracy.
• Contact lenders, lending assistants, closers, relationship mangers, group managers, agent banks, administrative staff, and other various departments or people as needed to ensure accuracy of borrow accounts

Qualifications
• - High School Diploma OR General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
• 3 years of experience in a bank, financial services or office environment
• 2 years of accounting OR cash/expense balancing experience
• 1 year loan servicing experience
• 1 year telephone AND face to face customer service experience
• 1 year experience using a calculator OR 10 key
• 1 year word processing AND spreadsheet software experience
