The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for working collaboratively with the Marketing team and Sales Leadership team to continue to develop and refine digital marketing assets and materials. The purpose is to help acquire and maintain dealers and consumers to support the sales organization’s goals and business objectives.
Specifically, the Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Corporate Brand Manager, taking departmental ideas and develops corporate and regional marketing materials; crafts and builds assets in Marketing Cloud to be used in marketing campaigns; assist Corporate Brand Manager with management of Marketing Cloud assets and campaigns; develops and creates outward facing brand-related promotional items; creates and develops content for the Company website; assists in developing support materials and other items to promote and facilitate Dealer Exchange Meetings (DEM) and Sales Leadership Exchange (SLE) meetings; and performs other ad hoc projects (companywide) as requested.
Outcomes & Activities:
• Collaboratively create and build assets in company’s Marketing Cloud and assist in management of assets and marketing campaigns in the Marketing Cloud, website and Google Ads
• Help to continually develop and maintain marketing materials and communications with purpose of helping acquire and maintain dealers and consumers, and support the sales organization’s goals and business objectives, including:, website marketing, Google Ads, email marking campaigns, videos, podcasts, Ancillary Product related materials, new product features and release promotions, etc.
• Design and make changes to the corporate website (www.creditacceptance.com), keeping it current and developing new features to enhance the user experience, drive traffic through organic and paid search; focus on optimizing SEO and Google Ads
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other departments to produce new and creative growth strategies with the goal of keeping current in a digital world
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
• Proficient in MS Office, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing websites and/or working in CMS website platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!® or Liferay
• Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages
• Experience developing marketing materials, including but not limited to website, Google Ads sales support materials, HTML emails, landing pages, presentations, print ads, etc.
• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
• Attendance required as outlined by department attendance guidelines
• Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location
