As a Correspondent Processor you will be:
• Servicing accounts using multiple operating systems
• Prioritize multiple work responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate directly with advisors and internal colleagues regarding client’s financial and non-financial transactions
• Create free form written correspondence to clients or agents.
• Ability to analyze and calculate data from multiple sources
• Ensure compliance, quality, and production with all transactions
What we are looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proven customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated logical thinking and problem solving skills
