ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Support the client Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.
• Gather, analyze, and verify inputs to status reports, dashboard, and presentations
• Experience with information technology (IT) implementations
• Manage relationships with technical clients
• Work collaboratively with clients to determine metrics, measures, and data needed to support operations and outcomes
• Develop and maintain reports, visualizations, and dynamic dashboards
• Understand appropriate data sources required to monitor and analyze technical aspects of an IT implementation
• Actively engage technical project teams to ensure metrics are appropriately reporting on any risk to cost, schedule, or scope
• Develops, edits, and produces products to established Program Executive Office (PEO) standards
• Identify and flag emerging risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting the task orders
• Perform engagement management responsibilities, including performance reviews, task delegation, project scheduling, project financials, quality review and client management.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for new and follow-on work.
• Manage business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Act as performance manager (coach) for up to four coachees outside of engagement responsibilities.
• Interview campus and/or experienced candidates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience with VA
• Experience with IT implementations
• Experience with developing and maintaining reports, visualizations, and dynamic dashboards
• Experience in developing reports and communicating to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
• U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
• Travel may be required.
• Coach and mentor junior staff members.
• Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
• Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
• Meet or exceed continuing professional education (CPE) requirements.
