The National Assurance Group is a specialized and growing group within our firm. Primary responsibilities of the group include the overall audit methodology of the Firm, providing technical consultation to our Assurance practice, maintenance of the Firm’s standard templates and practice aids, and writing and teaching technical content for the Firm’s professionals. The team services all industry groups of the Firm, and support all assurance engagements. In addition, the team is responsible for the Independence matters of the Firm, both from business and personal perspectives.
Required Skills:
• 9+ years of experience
• Detail oriented with project management experience
• Knowledge of the various independence standards is a plus
• Advanced CCH experience is mandatory
• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to analyze convoluted data sets for inherent underlying themes
• Problem solver who can create solutions that marry practicality with technical requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience providing training is a plus
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
