About Position
We are looking for a self-starting individual with strong experience in B2B marketing to execute lead generation and pipeline acceleration marketing strategies for our regional offices. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping us drive and track revenue through sponsorships, digital advertising, events and targeted live engagements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be results-driven and have superior attention to detail, especially with analytics. Reporting to the Field Marketing Director, the Regional Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing plans for assigned markets, requiring a unique combination involving strategic “big picture” thinking and tactical execution. Job Responsibilities
• Manage all marketing events in assigned regions including event schedule, venue contracts, registration set up, promotion, day of logistics and follow up (primary point of contact for all vendors, sponsors and hosts for events)
• Manage lead generation programs for assigned regions including sponsorships, speaking opportunities and digital advertising or email campaigns
• Develop, test, and deploy email campaigns from Microsoft Click Dimensions
• Update subscription lists for email marketing, targeted invitation lists and campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics
• Follow up with sales on opportunities and leads generated through marketing initiatives
• Track all marketing events and campaigns in Microsoft Click Dimensions
• Report on key success metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually (email performance, campaign performance, revenue tracking and pipeline tracking)
• Tracks marketing budget and spend for assigned regional activity
• Generate monthly slides for regional sales meetings with key data and upcoming/past marketing initiatives
• Research/monitor local and regional community events and sponsorships and competitor activity
• Track and manage all tasks in project management system (Workfront)
• Collaborates with all other members of the regional marketing team and share expertise across all regions, areas of specialty
Qualifications
• Solid understanding of strategic marketing programs, including creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding and demonstrated proficiency on leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft CRM & Click Dimensions)
• A love for data and reporting
• Self-motivated, strong-willed, with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can react to changing priorities
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with successful execution
• Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors/venues to ensure contracts are in scope and on budget
• Learns quickly and efficiently and is able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Project Management software experience a plus (Workfront)
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, or related field or related education
• 5-7 years of related marketing experience, or an equivalent of education and experience. B2B, insurance brokerage, or related professional services experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment, where the completion of projects depends on collaboration with marketing and practice professionals, often from varying levels and different departments
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees of all levels, critical thinking ability with business and marketing aptitude, strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage internal client expectations and to prioritize and plan work activities, precise attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
