As the Assistant Account Manager for HUB International Transportation Insurance Services, you will assist with the following: certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information and general account assistance as needed. Candidate will work closely with the office manager and producers. This position will require meeting daily production standards, goals and service commitments.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for service work as needed on a daily basis. Including but not limited to the following: certificates of insurance, policy changes and client payments.
• Responsible for interacting with clients at a professional level.
• Responsible for completing all assigned tasks or projects, as needed.
• Responsible for identifying areas of needed improvement while in the process of entering insurance documentation into the management system and making immediate supervisor aware either verbally or in writing of the need.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate training materials at his/her workstation to ensure adherence to policies and procedures in relations to the company, area and clients.
• Other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multiple tasking environment
• Prior data processing experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong Math/Accounting skills
