We are looking for a Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our Charlotte, NC office.
In a fun and fast-paced environment, the Campus Recruiting Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day activities of the recruiting team, including: responding to referrals and candidate inquiries; coordinating on-and-off campus recruiting events, interview days and networking events; schedule and coordinate candidate office visits and in-office events; co-coordinate & provide event logistical support for leadership conference (ENERGIZE) & the winter and summer internship programs (ENVISION); monitor applicant tracking system and coordinate offer letters.
Essential Functions
• Identify, cultivate and recruit candidates for internships and entry-level positions
• Respond to referrals and candidate inquiries
• Screen and evaluate candidates
• Coordinate on-and-off campus recruiting events, interview days and networking events
• Schedule and coordinate candidate office visits and in-office events
• Co-coordinate & provide event logistical support for leadership conference (ENERGIZE) & the winter and summer internship programs (ENVISION)
• Monitor applicant tracking system and coordinate offer letters
• Build a positive relationship with candidates to effectively matriculate to the firm
• Serve as brand ambassadors and occasionally represent Elliott Davis at recruiting events
• Assist in collecting and organizing candidate and source data
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 year of prior administrative, event planning, college admissions or recruiting experience preferred
• Experience with ATS or other candidate tracking software
• Provide creative and innovative ideas and solutions to the current campus recruiting landscape and the internship/leadership opportunities available to students
• Ability to coordinate several projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Superb organization and communication skills
• Project management skills and the ability to take ownership of timelines and budgets
• Desire to learn the Campus Recruiting function & build industry knowledge to contribute to the recruiting strategy
• Ability to travel on occasion to recruiting events
