We are seeking a dynamic and eager team member to join our Industrial brokerage team at JLL. This individual is a key contributor on our sales support team and will provide marketing, administrative, and operational support to an assigned team of commercial real estate brokers.
This multi-faceted role requires someone with strong organizational and project management skills, a creative eye and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be a collaborative team player who has a can-do mindset.
This role is based in our O'hare Chicago office located on the northwest side of the city, off the Cumberland Blue Line CTA train stop.
Operational Support
• Manage deal flow/transaction information using propriety JLL software
• Maintain and update broker bios and prospect lists
• Process expenses, invoices, and check requests
• Book travel
• Coordinate legal documents (licensing, lien waivers, listing agreements, etc)
• Adhoc administrative requests
Marketing Support
• Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals.
• Create client-facing sales enablement deliverables that help brokers exceed client and prospect expectations, this includes, but is not limited to maps, surveys, tour books and meeting or presentation materials
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and marketing team members to manage projects against strict deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control methods and department processes required for the production of quality work product and timely delivery of materials
• Assist with client and internal events – from concept to execution
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, industrial real estate experience a plus
• Previous work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design concepts
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Technologically savvy and a quick learner
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of and commitment to client service
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with taking charge and dealing with ambiguity to achieve successful outcomes
