Description
HISTORICAL CONVERSIONS
• Works with Implementation Project Manager to create estimates for historical conversion bids
• Works with external vendors for quality control of the conversion packages provided
• Submits download interface setup requests to tech support
• Responsible for meeting deadlines of projects in the conversion queue
• Provides weekly project status updates to account manager and customer
• Establishes task priorities with programming and products teams for project completion
• Uses custodial raw files to import data into history specific accounts to reconcile/scrub and matchup with active accounts
• Uses processes specific to converting historical data from 3rd party financial systems to the Orion platform and reconcile/scrub to matchup with active custodial accounts.
• Imports historical performances
• Analyzes and scrubs historical transactions to reconcile to the starting date of live data
• Responsible for communicating any issues and gathering resources when manual intervention is needed for reconciliation
• Analyzes performance of accounts and households, reviews and remedies data issues discovered and communicates remaining outliers to Implementation Project Manager and customer
• Participates in client calls as requested.
• Tracks time spent on all conversion projects in Harvest
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of a High School diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Orion Series 65 certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with building/writing data queries
• Knowledge of investment accounting a plus
• Ability to convert unconventional historical data to the layout needed to import into the Orion platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues converting current types and new types of history
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and 10-key calculator skill
