Description
Under general supervision, performs advanced and complicated administrative duties requiring considerable judgment, independent analysis, and detailed knowledge of departmental procedures. Assignments generally include preparing complex reports; checking and verifying non-routine bills, schedules, receipts, invoices, purchase orders and other documents; maintaining complicated records requiring classification and compilation of varied information. Performs complicated reconciliation and control functions and compiles special studies where analysis of complicated data is required. May independently answer correspondence, handle inquires, complaints, or adjustments.
Requires thorough knowledge of policies and practices in assigned functional area as would normally be obtained through three years of responsible administrative trust duties. General accounting experienced is desired but not required. Strong communication skills are necessary in both written and verbal form.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to, Trust Company responsibilities in the following areas:
• Provide excellent customer service on a timely basis
• Handle customer requests for information, cash management, etc.
• Solve problems and research issues, as they arise
• Open and maintain client files
• Process receipts and enter distributions
• Monitor trust checking account
• Assist in monitoring tax processes for TCTC
• Generate investment reports critical to portfolio management processes
• Generate new business by introducing new referral programs to personal bankers
• Participate in special projects, as requested
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
