What does a great Product Marketing Specialist do?
The overall goal of the Digital Channels Product Marketing Specialist is to execute Digital Channels’ creative marketing strategies, programs and campaigns to generate demand and grow market share. As an integral member of the Digital Channels Product Marketing Team, you will deliver integrated campaign tactics with consistent positioning and messaging. With a strong marketing background, you will be responsible for the creation of content (from campaign copy and sales presentations to product brochures and client testimonial videos), partnering effectively with Product Managers to ensure business objectives and strategies are achieved.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Execute creative marketing strategies, programs and campaigns to generate awareness and demand
• Conceptualize, create, and deliver content that engages clients and prospects (e.g., product brochures, case studies, client testimonial videos, blogs, marketing videos, thought-leadership white papers, webinars, etc.)
• Develop and maintain materials that educate, enable and support sales
• Support consistent application of market positioning, messaging, and brand standards
• Track and analyze competitors’ marketing strategies, tactics, positioning, products and capabilities to ensure effective and differentiated positioning for products and services
• Ensure Sales, Product Management, Client Support, and other cross-functional associates are fully informed about marketing and communications programs, product information, etc.
• Analyze and report on product marketing success metrics
Basic qualifications for consideration:
• Bachelor degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or equivalent
• 2+ years product or B2B marketing experience
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Experience in technology or financial services
• Experience with Pragmatic Marketing
• Ability to run multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Travel required
