AB-Private Credit Investors “AB-PCI” was founded in 2014 with a mandate to grow into a multi-billion-dollar private corporate credit investing platform. The principals of AB-PCI previously served as the senior leadership of a similar private credit investing platform that successfully invested in excess of $2B generating attractive risk-adjusted returns for its investors.
AB-PCI is a relatively small group of investment professionals with a close-knit culture. Our senior investment professionals previously worked at premier investment banks, middle-market private equity and credit funds.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support our San Francisco investment team. Responsibilities include phone coverage, scheduling appointments/meetings, arranging travel plans, expense reporting and preparing presentations. Hours of this position is typically 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, but flexibility may be required based on business need.
The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide proactive, thoughtful, high-quality administrative support through responding to daily inquiries and managing ongoing business needs
• Manage active meeting calendars
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls with internal/external groups
• Gather, organize, and prepare materials for internal/external meetings
• Provide phone coverage
• Book travel, follow-up on reservations, and produce itineraries for upcoming travel
• Manage the needs of the office including ordering office supplies, liaising with facilities, etc.
• Process expense reports and other administrative tasks as needed
• Prepare/edit PowerPoint Presentations and Excel documents
• Assist with data analysis and project coordination
• Build and strengthen relationships within the organization, liaise with other departments and offices.

Qualifications
The qualified candidate should have the following:
• Minimum of 5 years prior administrative support experience in financial services or a similarly paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Skillful in Salesforce or another related CRM
• Strong communication skills including a professional and client-focused phone and email presence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Teamwork: Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the deal team and with others at all levels throughout the firm
• Work Quality/Productivity: Consistently produces high-quality, accurate work in a timely manner. Demonstrates strong attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments and handles pressure well. Prioritizes tasks and is well organized
• Initiative/Work Ethic: Self-starter. Takes ownership of projects and drives the process but also knows when to ask for help. Requires minimal supervision.
• Judgment: Demonstrates insight in making decisions and asking questions regarding the investment, situation and the client. Forms opinions and is discreet about confidential information.
