Our Search & Staffing team at Baker Tilly is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to join the team in Madison! Responsibilities
• Create job postings and maintain job boards
• Develop recruitment questions and processes to identify top talent
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate pool
• Schedule phone interviews, face to face meetings and assist with travel arrangements
• Coordinate and execute onboarding sequence at multiple levels in a multi-entity environment
• Update candidate evaluation process and maintain evaluations
• Establish relationships with team leaders to identify desired qualities in possible candidates
• Initiate conversations with intriguing dialogue for potential candidates
• Anticipate hiring obstacles and help uncover desirable resolutions
• Maintain an organized work flow process
• Set calendar appointments in a timely, clear manner, with specific expectations
• Establish open lines of communication to successfully execute multiple, on-going projects related to recruiting, onboarding and hiring
• Develop organized processes to ensure strong rapport with candidates and proper follow through, ensuring the task is complete
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with a business-related emphasis
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Team player mentality and collaborative attitude
• Ability to receive and respond to feedback from multiple directives
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to anticipate problems and overcome obstacles
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
• Proven aptitude to execute high-volume work in an organized fashion
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high integrity
