Overview
Are you passionate about marketing, have a few years of experience and want to expand your skill set? Are you looking to gain a variety of responsibilities that enable you to take on new ad tech, work on a high performing team and the ability to work with various levels of internal management?
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will have the ability to play a key role in managing and developing our ongoing digital marketing strategy. We are currently searching for highly talented individuals to join our Marketing team in our Camas, WA office.
The Day-to-Day:
• Optimize Programmatic Media programs including Display, Native, Video ads leveraging 1st party & 3rd party targeting tactics.
• Responsible for daily execution of targeting tactics inclusive of creation of custom audiences, bid adjustment and budget management using a DSP technologies.
• Collect and analyze data, identify trends and effectively act on insights ensuring positive ROAS and other KPIs.
• Find innovative solutions to meet our client acquisition needs and increase scale to meet business demands.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize the value of the programs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field of study preferred.
• 2-3 years online programmatic experience required as a campaign analyst, media planner/buyer, account manager or hybrid; other online advertising background a plus.
• Previous experience working in ad tech such as an ad server or DSP required.
• Strong MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas & pivot tables. Tableau a plus.
• A proven track record of driving results independently in a professional environment.
• Ability to pay close attention to the details while showcasing the ability to be resilient.
