OB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
Markets, manages and supports new payment card products for one or more divisions or market segments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties
• Works with senior management to review and modify existing Emerging Payment product families to maximize profitability, meet strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Implements new commercial payment card products and related ancillary services or modifies existing products and services in conjunction with other bank departments, clients and external vendors.
• Monitors the profitability of existing products and services. Makes recommendations to improve profitability, effectiveness, and efficiency of products and services to achieve short and long term strategic goals.
• Evaluates existing products, processes, and services to ensure that the bank remains competitive in the market.
Additional Duties
• Works with product line sales channel partners to effectively demonstrate product family capabilities and attributes as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in assigned product set.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and regulations, proactively identifying changes affecting the assigned product line and department and takes appropriate action, notifies staff of internal operation changes.
• Modifies existing products to meet community needs and bank financial goals under supervision from senior product associates and division director.
• Works with internal compliance and regulatory departments to ensure products and services are compliant with state and federal oversight agencies.
• Incument is responsible for organizational integrity and business ethics as it relates to this position, and communicating this commitment to any applicable subordinates.
• Incumbent may have access to cash, customer accounts and/or sensitive and confidential information.
• Incumbent is required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local banking and industry related laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Performs other related job duties to include special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
College Degree in accounting, finance, or business and/or equivalent experience.
2 - 5 years of banking product design/development and/or business development experience.
2 - 3 years of either treasury management , product management, payment card management (issuing or acquiring), and/or internet based payments and information services experience; to include exposure to sales, operations and systems management.
Marketing, sales, and business development experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of bnk Treasury Management, Credit Card, Payment Card, Purchasing Card products issuing and acquiring services and operating systems.
Basic knowledge of rules and regulations governing accounts and cash management operations.
Basic ability to interpret market needs.
Proficient Microsoft Professional Office Software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new software.
Ability to research and compile information for the purpose of recommending product and/or services marketing opportunities.
Ability to work on issues across a range of disciplines including marketing, pricing, operations, technology and compliance/legal.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
