Responsibilities:
• Work primarily in a support role on a high-profile program supporting the program manager and team.
• Prepare marketing look and feel type products for executive presentations. Knowledge of appropriate software is mandatory for this – e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Adobe InDesign experience is a plus.
• Lead and/or assist in the process and production of executive PowerPoint presentations.
• Maintain marketing materials library including team resumes, case studies, images, etc.
• Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports.
• Contact internal and external resources for information.
• Assist and participate as needed for industry functions or client events.
• Assist and participate in production of change management or other video for projects.
• Support content for social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Contribute material to the JLL BOA account
• Coordinate and attend meetings - record, type and distribute minutes as needed.
• Create and maintain filing system and efficient information retrieval system.
• Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
• Assist in the preparation and update of reports, presentations, analyses and on-line systems, routinely and ad-hoc request
• Work closely with and support clients and team members in implementing reporting routines to ensure seamless information sharing and consistency
• Gather and evaluate team members data for accuracy
• Knowledge of development and interpretation of data analysis
Professional qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong record of academic achievement
• Workplace experience, minimum of 2 years in marketing role – a fast paced work environment preferred
• Finance and Real Estate Experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
• Adobe InDesign proficiency preferred
• Adaptability – Maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, or with various types of people.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
