Position Description
The Marketing/Fulfillment Analyst role will be responsible for the execution and analysis of database marketing for Ally Bank, specifically the deposits line of business. This analyst will also be responsible for fulfilling cash and other incentive customer payouts. As an integral part of the database marketing team, this person will interact with business partners on the marketing team and line of business to identify targeted marketing audiences, lead the execution of campaigns and report findings in order to identify opportunities for enhancements and better targeting.
Job Responsibilities
• Participate in the upfront strategic planning process of developing targeted campaigns (acquisition, upsell cross sell), including sizing and scenario testing.
• Responsible for the execution and project management of targeted marketing campaigns based on detailed customer characteristics, legal regulations, statistical models and client requests
• Build vendor specific fulfillment files to credit customer accounts with incentive payouts
• Analyze and report on campaign performance including statistical significance testing and business case analysis
• Translate business partner requirements into technical specifications
• Conduct detail-oriented team audits of all deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy of campaign data
Qualifications
• 3+ years of professional experience in campaign management and analysis, preferably in financial services
• Strong technical abilities leveraging relational databases via programs such as SAS or SQL
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work with diverse business partners with competing objectives
• Attention to detail and strong focus on quality
• Professional communication across roles and functions throughout the organization

Business Unit/Enterprise Function
The Marketing Team is made up of dedicated world class marketing and communications professionals who are responsible for the strategic development and execution of campaigns and initiatives to support Ally, its business lines and product offerings. In addition, the external communications arm of marketing is responsible for advancing Ally's corporate reputation and promoting the company's strategic objectives by developing and executing communications plans for the media and external stakeholders. Marketing also has responsibility for the Ally brand, social media, customer engagement, media relations and cross sell efforts. Additionally, the marketing team oversees enterprise research and delivers insight, tools and trends to the enterprise.
