Job Title Client Support Rep Lvl I, Associate
What does a great Client Support Representative do?
The Client Support Representative provides clients with application support for the Premier product line. Client support includes, system evaluation, quality assurance, documentation review, and client assistance to resolve their questions. This position is a phone support position and the primary client contact for Loan Application and other Loan related products.
As a Client Support Representative you can look forward too:
• Answering questions and resolving client issues relating to the Loan Application and other Loan related products.
• Simulating or recreating complex customer problems to resolve user operating difficulties.
• Providing first level support to clients, initiating and maintaining regular contact with the client base by phone or written communication through the client portal to coordinate the resolution of complex problems.
• Ensuring successful and timely completion of assigned cases and requests.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years' experience working in the financial services industry
• 2+ years' experience working in client services
• Must be able to work in the Brookfield, WI location
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• 4 Year college degree
• 4+ years of work experience in banking, preferably with the Premier Loan applications
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Experience researching and resolving Client issues
• Experience troubleshooting computer applications or other technical products
