Do you share our belief that achieving a secure future requires both smart financial planning and a healthy lifestyle? Are you a skilled marketer with a proven ability to build trust, collaborate, consult, and partner across functional areas to create compelling stories and build engagement that deliver measurable results? If your answer is yes, we are looking for you!
What We Have Done: Recently we launched a new brand platform that speaks to the inherent connection between a person’s financial security (Wealth) and the impact that their overall physical and mental wellness (Health) can have on it. This insight, and mission to improve, is enshrined in our brand of Wealth + Health.

You will work closely with our Creative Director, Brand, Channel, and Digital teams to understand and implement our Wealth + Health positioning, content strategy, and oversee our story-telling and editing down to our individual product level.
What You Will Learn:
You will be working with a team of highly creative professionals who bring fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to help us shake up the status quo and stay on the forefront of reinventing how our Wealth + Health brand can profoundly impact a person’s future. You will work for a company that focuses on the Employee Experience and how this enables us to grow our business.
What Success Looks Like: This role requires both the ability to roll up your sleeves and craft stories emphasizing our brand message with all product lines, as well as manage the writing team through work assignments, review, and editing. We need you to be an agent for collaboration, advocating for and managing relational activities with a wide range of key stakeholders including Sales, Compliance, the broader Marketing team, and related business partners.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Strong editorial judgement and understanding, brand writing/storytelling, and organizational skills
• Strong management skills and experience in helping evolve a writing team
• Ability to assist with content strategy, digital platform requirements, and financial product integration for consistent and aligned messaging across all platforms, channels, and deliverables
• Desire to create thought leadership content as needed and contribute to the continual evolution of our brand and message
