Job Summary:
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the broader CohnReznick team in delivering the highest quality service to our clients; interact directly with our clients on a regular basis to better understand and serve their needs; and grow and develop your career with support and mentoring from more experienced Certified Public Accountants in the accounting, auditing, and tax areas of the Firm, as well as through your regular participation in internal and external Continuing Professional Education programs. Specific areas of responsibility include:
• Both Inbound and Outbound planning
• Transfer Pricing Documentation Studies
• Tax Compliance (principally international related)
• Tax Due Diligence Assignments
Required Skills:
• LLM in Tax or Masters of Science in Taxation preferred
• 3-5 years of recent International Tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Strong analytical skills with contract analysis knowledge preferred
• Proven competence with excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.), word, Outlook and tax research tools
• Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Have the ability to prioritize and handle the pressure of working within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with firm and client personnel at all levels
• Ability to work overtime as required
