• Help define, plan and build our technology investment portfolio
• Provide advice on prioritization and scheduling
• Reprioritize investments based on resource availability and changing business priorities
• Monitor multiple portfolio(s) against delivery, budget, forecast, schedule and quality targets
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to engage resources
Qualifications
Education, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. Preferred degree in Accounting & Finance. Any professional qualification is a plus.
• Minimum eleven (11) + years of experience in financial management & Accounting roles
• Minimum five (5) or more years of experience with Tech Portfolio management.
• Proven leadership skills like strong relationship and team skills and hence must have attended two (2) or more leadership courses.
• Requires financial acumen in terms of Budgeting & forecasting, Expense accruals, Variance Analysis and ability to identify R&O to support financial operating principles.
• Strong Knowledge of systems like VIVAR, ARIBA, Oracle, SDLC PM Tool, CPC CAR tool, fieldglass is required.
• Superior relationship and influencing skills for dealing with a wide range of issues and people/ levels & Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
