Job Description:
Responsible for hiring CCPs for Global New Accounts within given deadlines
Responsible for quality of hires and early churn.
Provide leadership insight in Process improvement initiatives.
Manage churn / attrition of team members
Support CSAT initiatives in enhancing / meeting external metrics
Initiate process improvements by identifying service delivery gaps, offer solutions and successfully implement Ideas to enhance American Express products and services
Responsible for compliance for all processes and policies
Decision making in critical and day to day situations
Qualifications
Qualification:
Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience into Hiring for the processes into Operations.
Prior hiring experience for American Express processes is a must.
