Global Network Operations (GNO) is responsible for running the company’s core transaction processing platforms, defining the rules and regulations for how members of our network will interoperate with each other, and creating network products and capabilities that will help unlock commerce for the Blue Box. Today, the global breadth of this team enables it to serve issuers and acquirers in over 90 markets, authorizing and settling nearly $1T of charge volume annually.
The Project Manager role is a great opportunity for a motivated high performer to become part of this rapidly evolving and growing business area with a specific focus on the delivery of digital products and capabilities for network partners. The Project Manager will report into the Director of Digital Network Delivery, managing end-to-end capability delivery from solution design through to deployment readiness. In addition, the role will manage our digital wallet networking onboarding, lead the decommissioning of legacy services and support emerging digital product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as end-to-end delivery owner for network digital initiatives
• Work collaboratively across a wide range of business and technology partners to create, enhance and manage digital network capabilities
• Work with business product owners, deployment teams and technologies to ensure product vision is met
• Act as the subject matter expert and go-to person for network digital wallet product onboarding
• Utilize agile tools and techniques to drive successful delivery: writing user stories, attending ceremonies, planning, etc.
• Provide consultancy to business partners to ensure that processes and platforms are utilized appropriately
Qualifications
• Independent thinker and comfortable with making project level decisions
• Technical aptitude required to support new digital product development
• Ability to indirectly influence and negotiate with stakeholders as needed to meet deadlines
• Ability to organize and facilitate meetings/calls
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to think globally and development capabilities that can be re-used
• Experience driving results and collaborating in a cross-functional and global environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communicator across band levels, with the proven ability to tailor message to the audience
• Flexibility in supporting various time zones, as this role supports global initiatives
