The Managing Director leads Fidelity's service delivery to Advisor 401K clients.
The Team
The Managing Director leads Fidelity's service delivery to Advisor 401K clients. Decisions made have broad organizational and client impact. The MD is required to build and develop strong internal working relationships with Fidelity personnel in support of service delivery. The MD is responsible for making decisions that are consistent with client and Fidelity goals and objectives.
The Expertise You Have
• College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience.

• Series 7 & 63 required.
• 5+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience; preferably within Retirement/401K industry.

• Drive toward optimal plan design and client self-sufficiency which may include utilization of products, services (On-line Enrollment, email capture, etc.) and client tools (FAA and Service Requests) and RPR adoption and delivery.
• Properly document client activity in Fidelity database, such as Service Workstation.
• Provide plan consultation on overall plan design such as; Fidelity's product and services offerings, plan administration and investments.
• Identify and establish open lines of communication with Advisors and Key Decision Makers to build a partnership based on trust and loyalty.
• Lead effective/strategic client meetings either face to face or via conference call on a regular basis.
• Effectively collaborate with internal business partners and act as a voice for the customer.
• Demonstrate leadership in the MD team and in group meetings that positively impacts workplace morale.
• Act as a resource to peers.
