The Team Leader, Workplace Planning and Advice will provide leadership for a team of associates. The Team Leader, Workplace Planning and Advice will be responsible for leading service and sales objectives for their team and provide coaching and guidance around consultative needs investigation skills and techniques. They are responsible for empowering the team to assume total ownership of the work performed within the team.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
• Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 (or 66) required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Experience should be significant and varied in the financial industry
• Individual must have proven ability to manage, develop and lead high level financial professional
• Thorough knowledge of Fidelity’s guidance offering, sales interaction skills, as well as ability to manage these processes and oversee the associated compliance issues
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans is a key element of role
The Purpose of Your Role
The Team Leader, Workplace Planning and Advice requires a strong skill set in customer service, sales and technical expertise. The position requires focus on the long-term development of their associates and how to achieve those goals. You will work with your team, as well as, the broader leadership team to enhance the department at a macro level.

• Participation and Leadership within the various Local and National projects
• Accountable for Sales and Compliance supervision
