The Executive Risk Account Representative (AR) will provide professional, courteous service to our customers, carrier representatives and HUB colleagues. With a positive attitude, provide a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our professional liability accounts. The AR will interface with Sales Executive, Account Executive and Account Manager colleagues directly for assigned accounts in service related activities in support of clients. Responsibility for policy processing, maintenance of client data in the broker management system, maintenance of file documentation and other transactional or clerical work fall within the domain of the AR.
In this role, you will:
• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of clients.
• Deliver to and ensure timely receipt of required applications and supporting documentation from clients. Deliver completed documents in a timely manner to carrier partners.
• Ensure that policy documents are received in a timely manner from carrier partners and review for accuracy upon receipt.
• Maintain current and accurate data in broker management system.
