Are you passionate about serving customers? We are searching for a polite, professional Home Mortgage Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions and researching issues related to our customers’ mortgage loans. The Customer Service Representative must be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls and create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or expressions of dissatisfaction, and provide an accurate and efficient response. To be a successful Home Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Processes transactions, accurately record and update actions and outcomes against customer records
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to resolve routine customer issues
• Accurately complete all customer follow-up work
• Maintain knowledge of products services and promotions
• Adherence to schedule
• Attention to detail
• Technical/functional expertise
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• Positive and customer-focused mindset
• Strong listening and problem solving abilities, persistent enthusiasm when interacting with customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• High school degree or equivalent
• Call center experience
