POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Non-Agency Marketing Manager will develop and create multimedia marketing solutions that drive measurable impact to the business and align to the organization's strategic direction.
Responsible for partnering with the business to identify opportunities as they relate to developing and designing marketing content that supports the business. This role is responsible for complex internal and external marketing initiatives, creating marketing materials, viral videos (microlearning) and other marketing assets to increase adoption of Caliber Portfolio Lending Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and industry, drawing on the professional expertise of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leadership, and stakeholders for content development
• Develop tools and materials, marketing assets, handbooks, multimedia visual aids, tutorials, knowledge assessments, microlearning videos, etc. to ensure the most effective method is utilized for knowledge delivery
• Manage the life cycle of video assets from video capture to post production, including editing and audio manipulation
• Create post-production video content (Adobe Premier, Camtasia or similar type editing software)
• Produce high quality video content including camera management, lighting management, and desktop capture
• Incorporate closed captioning option into video content
• Document project storyboards and wireframes for versioning
• Create project implementation plans for programs, ensuring content is engaging, learner-centric and sustainable
• Schedule, coach and prepare presenters for upcoming videos shoots
• Research, evaluate, and implement new and traditional graphic design processes to create the most effective marketing and communications materials
QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to generate creative ideas and transform those ideas into digital media
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to produce video for multiple social platforms
• Possess great on-air presence for videos
• Must be experienced with instructional design project management tools
• Graphic design experience preferred
• Must have excellent attention to details and organizational skills
• Possess strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple projects with demanding timelines
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of instructional and social media marketing design experience (residential mortgage experience strongly desired)
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (i.e ADDIE model)
• Working knowledge of authoring tools and software
• Proficient in Adobe software
• Expertise with Microsoft Office required
