Position Overview

The Operations Change Management Professional will be responsible for performing various tasks across loan sourcing processes and systems with a focus on data profiling to enhance data requirement gathering and streamlining knowledge across the end-to-end data lifecycle. Key duties include data discovery, system & process documentation, planning and meeting facilitation across multiple stakeholders.
1) Data Profiling & Documentation
• Analyze, design, develop and execute tasks that meet the objective.
• Provide support to application owners to bring data expertise from IT into the business.
• Provide project support to evaluate and document data requirements and operational controls.
• Perform impact assessments and proposing issue resolution and process improvements.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time with accurate information requiring limited oversight.
2) Communications & Stakeholder Management
• Cultivate relationships across multiple Single-Family departments, including; Operations application owners, LAS Data Management and SF Data Governance.
• Interact and communicate effectively with key business and IT partners at all levels.
• Facilitate and prepare for meetings including creating agendas, develop meeting materials, scribe meeting minutes and outline action items and next steps.
• Generate measurements of operational performance and management reporting.
3) Planning & Prioritization
• Support and prioritize multiple concurrent efforts in various capacities (lead one or more while supporting others).
• Manage expectations and prioritize efforts based on value/impact.
• Clearly outline data analysis approach and assumptions with requestor to verify efforts satisfy the objective.
• Prepare for meetings by establishing a clear objective, confirm attendee participation and create meeting materials ahead of the discussion.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, business process modeling, change management, or operations
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data collection, data research & analysis and determining risk-based outcomes
• Pro-active, detail oriented individual with strong planning skills and an ability to set clear goals, manage expectations and prioritize effectively
• Ability to multi-task, ask questions, and learn business processes quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working within a team as well as an individual contributor

• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions, SQL, SAS, JAVA and/or Python.
