Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience of working knowledge on SOX/compliance/regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated technical writing ability, including policies, procedures, and training material
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed groups
• Excellent operational execution skills (development of reports and communications)
• Proven organizational skills – capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines with timely responses and resolutions
• Core understanding of deposit processes
• Core understanding of legal process and FATCA
• Core understanding of item processing, reconciliations, research issues and dormant accounts
• Core understanding of branch operations
• Core understanding of regulatory examination process, remediation efforts, and regulatory change process
• Must be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt and adjust to changing work priorities and to multitask
• Experience with conducting risk and control assessments within operations
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels
• Must be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Demonstrates sound judgement and strong analytical skills
• Must possess keen attention to detail
• Ability to create job aides, procedures, and conduct trainings
• Must be adaptable and flexible to support change in regulatory environments
• Ability to travel to attend meetings and/or conduct training
