Job Description
Visa Token Services is a key component of Visa’s digital strategy. Support overall strategy, planning and execution for the commercialization of the Visa Token Service and for Visa’s merchant and acquirer/gateway based payment solutions. Identify, and help resolve any challenges associated with bringing token services to market. Responsibilities span all CNP use-cases (Card on File, e-commerce, other) and all Visa Inc. geographies. The position is based in Visa’s San Francisco or Foster City office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Enablement: Lead cross-functional efforts to build sales collateral (decks, case studies, infographics, sales sheets, webinars, social media postings, e-mail, etc.), quarterly business reviews, and other collateral.
• B2B & B2C programs: Build B2B & B2C programs to pull through activity (consumer acquisition and merchant acceptance) and drive key metrics with issuers and gateways / acquirers.
• Events / tradeshows: Define product positioning and presence at tradeshows, partner events, and other events
• Market and competitive insights: Perform market research, segmentation, analysis, and competitor analysis \ that supports and accelerate product sales
• Cross-Functional: Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, and product teams on these efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-7+ years of full-time professional work experience. MBA appreciated but not required
• Flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude, works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up
• Technical aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with complex products or capabilities, the ideal candidate will have an existing basic understanding of mobile and digital payment technologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations
• Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
• Prior experience in management consulting, product management or product marketing appreciated
