Kearney has an exciting new opportunity open to serve as a key member of the FMO’s Test Team. This position will function at the Analyst level and will be required to interact with the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) along with other teams within the FMO and the DEAMS Program Management Office (PMO) to support the maintenance of the current DEAMS 11i solution and the transition, maintenance, and sustainment of the planned DEAMS R12 upgrade. The candidate must be able to develop testing strategies, able to write detailed test plans, understand scenario and script development, and requirements traceability. In addition, he/she must be able to organize and maintain all R12 design, build, test and related artifacts on FMO’s Microsoft SharePoint site. Finally, the candidate will track and report the Solution Integrators (SI’s) artifact progress (to include disposition of open items).
Responsibilities
• Maintain the programs test strategy
• Author and direct execution of test plans in Hewlett-Packards Application Life-Cycle Management software
• Develop new test scripts and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain existing test scripts
• Compare requirements and scripts, analyze test results and document the process
• Ability to manage and resolve defects identified during testing cycle
• Assist in developing the process for Test Conditions Expected Results (TCERs), test scripts and test results
• Participate in peer reviews of design and testing documentation and contribute to the Test Readiness Review
• Manages configuration management for all R12 artifacts; continuously updating Microsoft SharePoint to aid development teams in quickly accessing functional designs, technical designs, and test scripts
• Maintains data files and monitors controlled documents library configuration to ensure information integrity
• Provides technical assistance and guidance related to the identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of electronically stored information and other evidence located in numerous locations, including a database support systems, program-specific applications, or other electronic media
• Collect, track and report CDRL and test metrics also brief Kearney and Client leadership
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree is required
• A minimum of 6 years experience in a testing environment
• Demonstrated proficiency on Word and Excel programs
• Minimum 6-months experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Micro Focus Serena software
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel as required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to write basic Structured Query Language(SQL) is a plus
• Experience with Agile development is highly desirable
