Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Enterprise Vendor Management Program. Collaborates with business areas to help navigate the vendor management life-cycle. Maintains the Enterprise Vendor Management Program system of record for the Company.
Essential Job Functions:
• Implements and maintains the Enterprise Vendor Management Program, including but not limited to, vendor management life-cycle processes, vendor monitoring oversight, escalation process for noncompliance or risk issues, vendor management program documentation, and internal and external audit support.
• Performs the administration activities of the vendor management program for the Company and ensures timely execution of processes and procedures.
• Collaborates with all levels within the Company to help navigate the vendor management life-cycle. Partners with Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Information Security and other groups to identify vendor risk for the Company.
• Develops and administers Company-wide vendor management training.
• Develops and maintains a fair and equitable working environment.
• This position requires sitting over 66% of the time.
• This position requires Visual Acuity at 20 inches (or less) over 66% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications:
• One year of work experience in the vendor risk management life cycle practices and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
• Demonstrated strong customer focus with success in meeting customer requirements in a fast paced, multi-faceted, highly regulated and diverse environment.
• Personal computer skills to include various software packages, including word processing, spreadsheet, electronic mail and presentation systems.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization skills; self-motivated, adaptable, team focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently, balancing competing project requests while meeting deadlines.
• Proven creativity, initiative, tact and sound business judgement ability; strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to teach and foster development in others
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience in lieu of education requirement)
• 3+ years of financial service industry experience.
