We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our Baltimore office. The focus of the role is providing support to the firm’s recruiters in our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence focusing on both Experienced & Campus Recruiting in assigned business lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Most of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator’s time will be spent coordinating lateral hire interviews.
• However, during our busy campus recruiting season, the TA Coordinator will also be involved with:
◦ Resume selection, on campus recruiting events, on campus and in-house interviews, and possibly attending campus recruiting events.
◦ They will also be involved in coordinating the firm’s Breakthrough program (Summer Leadership Program), internship program, and new-hire orientation.
◦ Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, the TA Coordinator will collaborate with other TA Coordinators who are all responsible for contributing to an outstanding candidate experience including coordinating interview logistics, communicating with and confirming details with candidates, communicating with internal interviewing teams, processing background / reference checks, and creating offer letters.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources or Business related field is preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of professional work experience in a coordination role
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and build, establish, and maintain trust and credibility
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrates effective communication skills, as well as critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%)
• Interest in working in HR

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordination role or Human Resources is preferred
