Responsibilities:
Tenant Marketing Liaison
Day-to-day contact with all retail tenants including:
• Soliciting of tenant content for print materials, newsletter, website, social media, and signage
• Share information and solicit retail tenant participation for upcoming promotions
• Host marketing meetings with tenants and brainstorm new ways to help promote their businesses
• Manage in-store shop/restaurant events and coordinate approvals with landlord (Metro-North Railroad)
• Drive strategy and execute marketing plan for grand openings
• Terminal signage manager
• Approve tenant posters and artwork
• Manage poster inventory and coordinate installation of signage
• Work with press agency to garner press for tenants Work with creative agency to execute tenant photo/video shoots to help tenants gain more exposure
Tourism/Concierge Liaison
• Maintaining concierge relationships
• Monthly emails to concierge contacts, Mailing GCT collateral as requested
Digital Marketing
• Assist with social media efforts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts including tenant and event content creation
• Assist with content for weekly GCT emails and GCT website
• Assist with digital marketing calendars
Events
• Work with Metro-North events team on all tenant and tenant marketing events
• Help ideate new events to increase retail exposure and sales and new ways to promote annual events, like the Holiday Fair
• Recruit tenant participation in events, including equipment needs and DOH requirements. Track tenant feedback and brainstorm ways to improve
• Attend all GCT Marketing events. Some evenings and weekends required
• Help to manage the Holiday Fair with the Production Manager and Director of Events
• Attend client inspections of tenant event spaces
• Produce production documents (floor plans, production schedules, etc.) and coordinate appropriate additional services with vendors (staffing, security, housekeeping, etc.) as needed
• Attend client site visits as necessary
• Manage event marketing assets as needed
• Manage special event inventory
• Assist the Director of Events and the Events Production Manager as needed
Misc
• Manage marketing budget and invoices as needed
• Manage vendor relationships as needed
• Manage vendor RFPs as needed
• Present property marketing updates to client as needed
• Manage marketing inventory
• Manage special projects with and delegate tasks to Interns and Marketing Assistants if one is hired
