As a Branch Productivity & Development Specialist you will:
Play a role in evolving the PWM branch support network by leading/evolving standard new CS training plan, participating in, and at times driving, branch productivity initiatives and development. This position offers significant exposure within the firm, and the Specialist will be expected to build and maintain relationships with PWM Leadership, Branch Managers, Branch Admin Supervisors/Mangers, Branch Support Associates and various corporate resource groups.
• Work with branch leaders to drive select branch productivity projects that increase branch capacity, productivity and efficiency requiring the ability to influence key stakeholders and keep projects on task.
• Participate in PWM programs and councils that help drive business growth. Programs could include, PWM & Branch Support Symposium presentations, Supervisor/CS calls and newsletters, Project ACES, Council calls and in-person presentations (BALC/RAAC/BOM Leadership).
• Own and continue to evolve the standard CS and new Supervisor training programs in collaboration with your Branch Support Team peers to ensure new CSs are quickly onboarded and prepared to meet the needs of our clients and our business.
• Share in the facilitation of Client Specialist Orientation (CSO) sessions with other members of the team, onboarding our newest branch support associates and helping them make the most of our technologies and processes.
• Owner of PWM Branch Resource Guide. Maintain and update with new content as it relates to CS specific tasks. Collaborate with other members of the Branch Support team to develop guide content and other training resources and serve as BairdWeb content owner to ensure material remains relevant.
• Partner with Supervisors to assist in the distribution and follow up of training materials for all new branch support associates.
• Consult with CRGs to provide branch support lens on new proposed initiatives/ process changes to ensure business and process changes are aligned with branch associates and client needs, PWM focus and related process life cycles. Provide input on front end user experience, function and verbiage, preview communications, create or advise on training materials.
• Promote resources available from the Best Practices Productivity Team, Wealth Solutions Group and Corporate Resource Group to branch support associates by using in-person visits, calls, RAAC Communications etc.
• Coordinate, attend and lead branch visits and calls to review recent business updates and gather feedback.
• Participate in recruiting meetings as it relates to Branch Support needs/questions.
• Lead training and development sessions for broad PWM-led initiatives.
• Special projects as assigned by Manager.

What we look for:
• Bachelor’s degree required. 10+ years’ experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working as a branch support associate within PWM.
• Series 7/66 or 7/63/65 licensed
• Superior customer service attributes/mindset; willingness to go “above and beyond” for the client.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Training development experience a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed – approximately 10-25% of the time.
