The primary responsibility of the Business Transfer Consultant is to assist with the successful transfer to AXA Advisors of an experienced financial professional’s book of business to AXA Advisors.
This role requires excellent communication and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations during the transition. The Business Transfer Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, managing timelines and communicating status to managers. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects at one time.
• Request initial Business Profile from EXP Producer/Team and gather requirements.
• Assist with Product Mapping and share with BD and AXA Network.
• Assist in the development of product/asset transition plans.
• Set timeline expectations with EXP Producer/Team and manage timeline accordingly.
• Determine what account data can be provided and in what format (excel, etc.) and develop plan to migration available data.
• Train EXP Producer/Team support staff on BranchNet/Clientworks and initiate account pre-population.
• On-Boarding/Integration requires support pre and post contract.
• Begin book of business transfers.
• Complete effort to transfer EXP Producer/Team’s book of business.
• Maintain accurate report of accounts/assets transferred versus anticipated transfers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong project management experience
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• FINRA Series 7 required (Series 24 preferred)
• Experience w/ Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project
• Experience w/ b-d account management systems such as Branchnet/Clientworks
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A willingness and commitment to work independently
