This is a critical role for the New York metro branch, which supports Branch and District Management, as well as 300+ Advisors. This is a multi-functional role, reporting directly to the Branch Operations Manager. Responsibilities can include: Supporting candidate onboarding for multiple Districts within the Branch, providing Administrative assistance to the Branch operations Manager, and working on multiple projects and initiatives, as required throughout the year. In addition to providing direct onboarding support for the many NY Metro Branch District Managers and PDMs, this position will help to manage Advisors expense management through AXA's SPAN program, will assist with all Branch events and sales campaigns, will assist with vendor management and will provide a wide-array of general branch Operations Support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Graduate, or equivalent work experience. Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite programs, including Excel, WORD, Powerpoint. Ability to in a team environment, or independently with direction. Proven analytical skills. Willingness and ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced sales support environment. Administrative support experience a plus. Will be expected to assit in project monitoring, reporting and implementation.
