Qualifications
DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Refinement of the business operations staffing model including collaboration with line operating units and leadership to capture work and time requirements while integrating those inputs into the business staffing model.
• Create predictive models for default business flows using advanced modeling techniques.
• Develop new business data warehouse reporting suite with updated key metrics reporting and provide needed access in new shared site.
• Create automated financial audit tools that highlight process defects.
• Perform deep dive cost analysis in critical business areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate Junior, Senior or Graduate Student; Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Sales, and/or major(s) preferred
• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced ability to gather data and perform research analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO
• Ability to lead a project independently
• Ability to keep information confidential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as with a team
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
