Overview
Due to significant growth, Kearney is currently seeking an IT Auditor to join our team! The IT Auditor position will be responsible for performing procedures such as document gathering, data analysis, assist with preparation of deliverables, help develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction, as well as identify and effectively communicate IT matters to Seniors and Managers.
Responsibilities
•Demonstrate professionalism and competence in the client’s environment
•Maintaining relationships and communicating with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions
•Ability to demonstrate an understanding of information technology concepts and apply them to client situations
•Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
•Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members
•Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently
•Review and evaluate internal controls and supporting documentation
•Determine compliance if with policies and selected law/regulations are met
•Assists in drafting and preparing project deliverables
•Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, and results-oriented
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
•BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Information Technology or Business Administration with a major in Information Systems.
•0-3 years of accounting, auditing and/or IT experience
•Experience working with Federal and/or DoD clients a plus
•Ability to navigate a transaction database and determine potential issues or inappropriate posting
•Proficient skills in excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Interim Secret clearance or above required
Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications
