Position Overview
Responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders at multiple levels to develop and implement solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. Provide human capital development expertise, guidance and support for organizational design, change management, employee engagement and development, team development or other related organization development needs that enable the organization’s business strategies.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for assessing organization/workforce needs, deploy various management and organizational development programs, tools and processes that facilitate improved organizational performance.
• Work collaboratively with Global Organizational Development on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expertise to diagnose business needs and create and facilitate targeted interventions to include organization design, change management, organization effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness.
• Leverage expertise to facilitate a systemic approach to diagnose, create and lead business leaders through the organization design process.
• Partner with global Organizational Development to provide expert leadership with large-scale change initiatives to assist the business with anticipating, adopting, and leading change.
• Provide subject matter expertise to deepen the knowledge within the HR Business Partner team to build capabilities related to organization design and effectiveness, change management, leadership development and intervention design.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and implement project plans, communications, process improvement and sustainability plans to support business initiatives.
• Provide expert facilitation of global and local programs within the region. Design and deliver training sessions.
• Provide OD coaching and support to regional HR Business Partners.
• Ensure the following programs, tools and processes are executed effectively across the region: Performance Management, Insights, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement and Leadership Development etc.
• Leadership development: Identify leadership learning needs, work with Global Organizational Development to develop or customize available programs, and facilitate or oversee the delivery of development programs.
• Provide feedback to Global Organizational Development regarding programs, tools and process priorities and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and consultation on learning and organizational development programs and processes and delivery of a wide variety of programs.
• Develop people strategies that support the business objectives and align with the direction of global/regional HR.
• Participate in regional and global HR project teams regularly.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years in HR and/or Organizational Development
Preferred:
• PhD or Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources Development, or related field preferred.
