We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to initiate, support and execute web-based programs to support the PGIM Investments business. This person should have a strong foundation in digital engagement, UX/UI best practices, project management techniques, analytics and analysis, and digital marketing practices. This position reports to the Director of Web Solutions and Strategy responsible for driving the business unit’s web-based programs and strategy.
Responsibilities
• Manage projects through entire lifecycle (strategy, content/UX, analytics, SEO & technology) along with securing input and approval from primary stakeholders.
• Define, design, develop and deploy multi-language/multi-country web experiences working with both affiliates and PGIM partners.
• Draw insights from analytics to create opportunities for digital marketing programs and site optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, Technology & Project Management on sprint planning.
• Manage remediation of ADA defects with technology, content authoring & stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Working with various stakeholders on requirements & resolution of ad-hoc/support items.
• Create user stories independently as well as collaborate with the partners on developing/finalizing user stories as well as managing them through the full sprint cycle, including QA & approval.
• Manage & maintain documentation for recurring meetings.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, managing digital projects and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing (analytics, SEO, website production, etc)
• Proven experience in gathering and transforming customer/business needs into an actionable product roadmap, and product roadmaps into product requirements
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, with a record of building great experiences
• Proficient with software Digital Marketing concepts and responsibilities
• Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS and Java
• Proficient with Scrum or other Agile development practices
• Experience working in highly-regulated industries a plus (finance, pharmaceutical, etc.)
• Experience with Drupal and Adobe Analytics a plus
